Doug Florence Joins Paramount Specialty Finance As Director of Acquisitions & Development
17-year real estate veteran to help lead PSF’s acquisitions and development programs
Paramount Specialty Finance (PSF), the leading build-to-suit lender and net lease investment platform, announced the opening of a Dallas, Texas, office and hiring this month of Doug Florence as Director of Acquisitions & Development.
With 17 years of real estate development experience, Doug has spearheaded projects for national retailers like CVS Pharmacy, Sprouts Farmers Market, 24 Hour Fitness, McDonald’s, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Starbucks, and many others throughout his career.
His professional focus is on sourcing net lease acquisition targets and identifying retail development and redevelopment opportunities with an emphasis on essential retail and service-oriented businesses.
